1. It is really difficult to get appointments if you are working - there are no after 4 appointments on the app even though surgery open till 6 many days, the evening appointments can only be booked if you call on the day in morning and this is not always possible when working.. 2.There is no way to message gp via nhs app as this service is not enabled - so even for simple queries a appointment is required 3. The on the day appointments open after 8:30am on the app, and this is a very busy time e.g. school drop off or morning rush to work, by the time you get round to calling or logging in via app all day appointments are gone. 4. Feedback although given has not brought on many changes or if there were changes this is often not communicated

Absolutely useless. Went to see the OOH GP who told me to make a further appointment with a nurse at my GP practice in a fortnight's time. I go into do this to be told by the receptionist who has obviously got loads of medical experience she is wasted doing the job she does (that is me being sarcastic) that it's a doctor I need to see not a nurse. So I see a doctor only to be told I need to see a nurse in 10 days time to have my ears syringed. Surely a nurse could have told me that. So I turn up for the appointment this morning its booked for 08.30 but its 08.40 before I get called in. If I had turned up late they would have turned me away but they think it's OK to make you wait. Then she tries to get out of syringing my ears. I don't think so. Talk about attitude. And only giving 1 star as it won't let you post with none

Reception staff are very helpful but some of the doctors eg Solomon and Williams are vile. I sought help for my mother who has dementia from 2017 as I haven't been offered restbite or incontinence pads despite asking social worker. Dr Williams very rudely asked me what I expected her to do about it. Solomon just wanted to prescribe antidepressants this was what gave her dementia in the first place. Useless service too busy pushing experimental drugs on patients for big pharma to actually help.

Nice one Guys .What's happening there I need an answer. This morning My Mrs called in to book a telephone consultation At 0830 on the dot. This is for our 11 year old Son.27th in the Q in a matter of seconds and told bluntly after nearly 40 minutes waiting to be answered later there's no more appointments available today I'm afraid to say this is not expectable. Your system does not work and its unfit for purpose and your management need to sort out this disgraceful mess. This isn't the first time its happened to us.

Can't get an appointment to save my life even ringing 88 times from 8:29am - 8:34am, couldn't get through to anyone until the end time when I got through to an automated voice telling me all on the day appointments are taken already! It's outrageous, I'd like to put a higher rating for the doctors that are good at what they do, but other than that the place needs tearing down and starting fresh!
