   Posh hair is my favourite salon , I’m always very happy with the results . The colour and style always look stylish . Era is incredibly efficient, really very proficient and brilliant and caring at her work . I feel very at home and welcome here . It’s also amazing as Era will always do her utmost to fit you in and deliver exactly what you wish for , at a moments notice . Last time I left this salon I was stopped on the street and was given beautiful comments on my hair . I’m also very fussy about colouring and shaping my eyebrows, Era did the best job , for the first time ever , pain free and the perfect colour and shape .

   Extremely unprofessional and the service was absolutely awful!!!!!!! The owner Era didn’t even tell me before my appointment that she couldn’t do my hair, she just left. She then got one of the hairdressers that just started on their first day to do my highlights. My hair was ruined after and it was mixed with different colours (brown, grey, orange, yellow & red). She even had the cheek to tell him to overcharge me even though I was quoted a different price! I went to a different hairdresser’s the next day and got it fixed. Honestly don’t bother coming here, this money hungry business is terrible I’d give it no stars if I could.

   I should have known this would be bad after getting my hair washed before the hair dresser discussed the haircut. The hair wash felt rough so did the hairdresser doing the cut. I only wanted an inch off my bob. With a straight line going down longer at the front shorter at the back. I got 3 inches off with a choppy cut I never wanted. I never asked for layers but she just started roughly hacking away in at the back without asking. Now it looks like a helmet on a heart shaped face which doesn't suit me. I'm bulk buying regaine to grow it out as quickly as possible. They need to really listen to their clients better, ensure the cut is even by checking the lengths and matching it up and to not be looking around the room when they are hacking at your hair. Never ever ever again.

   Visit this hairdresser for the first time yesterday without an appointment this wasn't a problem the staff were very friendly and helpful. Ihad a consultation i was ask what i wanted done she was very professional. My hair was very long and had been a while since i had a haircut. I ask for a short bob haircut and a layers to frame my face. I had my hair washed and cut and blow dry and I am very pleased with how she did my hair and it only cost me £30 would highly recommend

   So glad I found this hidden gem of a place. Tried for the 1st time here and it didn’t disappoint. I had my hair cut and balayage done by the talented ladies here. I was well looked after & look forward to next time! I’ve been to many different hairdressers and know a good hairdresser when I come across one. Highly recommended!

   I was there to do a specific haircut that I wanted.. One of the two hairdressers was running and almost panicking in between the customers they had. I understand it’s a busy period and want to serve as many customers possible but being nervous and jumping from customer to customer it’s not ideal. They insist to have a hair wash although it wasn’t necessary for the bangs that I wanted and the bit of a cut I wanted at the back part. When I asked for shorter cut in the front so the bangs can be bangs and not a side layering the hairdresser said no cause it wouldn’t have been nice. So I didn’t end up with not the bangs that I asked but with something different .As I was with half wet head when she finished they asked if I wanted to blow dry my hair and of course they charged for it. If I have said no would they let me go out in the rain with wet hair? Apart from this they also have a nice young learner which they have her running here and there asking her to start some jobs that after a minute have her stopping it and jumping to something else.. Plus there is a discrimination between the customers as they had a young girl brushing her own hair so they will save some time but with an older lady they had taken extra care, taking pictures of the back of the head to see it etc.. Sorry but it’s not recommended..

   The salon did not give me the haircut I asked for. I even asked whether or not the style I wanted could be achieved given the short length, and was told that it could. The hairdresser then proceeded to chop away and left my hair in a disjointed uneven mess, and I now have to pay another hairdresser to fix their mess. To add insult, the "hairdresser" had the audacity to rate herself as one of the best, and was proud of her work on my hair. The salon is unapproachable and has insinuated that the genuine review that I left for them on Treatwell, the booking website, was false. There are better salons out there. Save your money and avoid this place.

   Excellent! Best blow dry I’ve ever had in London ! My hair was washed thoroughly and trimmed very well. Will definitely be back . And all this for only £25!! So much cheaper than other places . Thank you!

   Went in to get a haircut for some movement and volume. The hairdressers were very friendly and gave me exactly what I was looking for! Great value for money, for £25 I got a shampoo, haircut and a nice blow dry. Will definitely go back, 100% recommended!
