    Visited for the first and can only say positive things, I was previously paying £40 at another barbers for a cut that wasn’t half as good as what I received for £25 at Paul’s! Paul is a lovely gentleman with decades of experience and it shows! I’m a female with a very short cut and he talked me through every step of what he was doing and pointed out where my previous barber had gone wrong(some of which I hadn’t noticed). His skill and expertise is worth far modes than what he charges so it’s an absolute bargain in the area! Highly recommend a visit to Paul

    Fantastic ! I came here based on other reviews and even exceeded expectations. Paul is extremely friendly in a natural and unforced way. He is genuinely interested in people. I wanted a 50’s rockabilly style and he did not disappoint. I have previously been to “hipster” or “specialist vintage” salons. Paul knows all there is no know. You don’t need a fancy salon to cut good hair. He was meticulous with scissors and actually listened to what I wanted rather than just say yes and do his own thing - as many do. Don’t waist time travelling to central / east london when this unassuming jewel is on your doorstep.

    Paul is the best barber in London. He is a very kind man with a good heart and has been cutting my hair now since 2017.     Went to Paul’s today and as always, a great pleasure to see and talk to him. I have been going to Paul’s since 1974, as a child. Originally Paul & Tony’s Hairdressers from those yesterday’s & years, my family has been going there and Paul has been cutting our hair which is now into 4th Generation(Grandfather to Father to Son to my son). It is always a joy and along the street, many shops and businesses have come and gone yet he is still there and so is the business. Always a pleasure as I mentioned before and is always nice for a catch up. Thank you Paul....
