   Update (Edit): The owner has now responded with a veiled justification that does not bare to reality. The price was stated on phone and website, and then increased at the very end of the treatment. When asked why, the owner acted insulted by my request. My entire experience was awful, and I felt uncomfortable during my whole visit. I could not wait to leave, as the owner was unnecessarily rude when invited into basic short conversation. I have never felt so unwelcome in my life. She should not be working with the public as she is not customer friendly. The pricing was a veiled attempt to increase at the last moment. As stated would never return. And, nope it is not the case of the justification that we are human and error, this is a personality issue and business ethics issue. Very poor experience! Firstly, the lady who runs the salon cut my hair - she was immensely discourteous and curt when asked any questions. She was so blunt and unwelcoming I will never go back. Further, the online listing price was randomably increased - when asked why she had increased she stated just and again was curt. No extra hair was cut to warrant this. Unwelcoming and false marketing re prices. Lots of better and friendlier hairdressers in area. Note: The owner, who did cut my hair, has now responded below confidently and without evidence stating I am factually incorrect. This is an example of the lack of customer care and consideration. The owner who has pink hair cut my hair two weeks ago. And, you did increase the price without reason and were totally unprofessional when asked. The tone of her response says it all about the salon.

   I went for a a hair colouring check with Lindsay and I receive a very honest, clear and professional advise about the current situation of my hair according to what I wanted and how to proceed and other options. She even followed up with me about the hair tests in her free day. Really appreciate the service and honesty.

   Absolutely recommend this salon and Lindsay! She’s not just good, she’s the best colorist I’ve found in South London. The treatments are also amazing, and the haircuts are always super personalized. She takes care of everything herself and is completely dedicated to making sure everything turns out perfect. She’s incredibly generous with her time and attention to detail. She supported me so much after the birth of my baby, I truly appreciated that. I 100% recommend her, prices are fair and the whole experience is just excellent.

   Had my hair cut and then coloured by May. She is amazing!!!!!!! I have curly hair and following a disaster cut, I then hadn't cut my hair for over a year and a half. She put me at ease and cut my hair beautifully. I was so pleased I booked in for a colour for the following week. We discussed what I was looking for and she set to work. WOW. My hair looks stunning. I'm so pleased. I can't recommend her highly enough.

   Needed an appointment locally to tidy up after growing out a bob. Was nervous to try a new place but needn’t have worried. Lindsay was very patient, listened and did exactly what I asked for and then whipped my hair into this lovely style..teaching me something new to handle the longer style. Thank you, you’ve made be braver to try a longer look! Will be back!
