I recently discovered this hair salon just around the corner from where I live- Can’t believe I hadn’t noticed it before! They have actually been here for quite a while, and now I understand why they have lasted: the service is fantastic. The staff are friendly professional and really know their craft. I will be definitely coming back
I had an excellent cut and a full head of blonde highlights done by Mihaela. She took great care throughout the process and ensured my hair was properly treated after bleaching. Thank you so much—I absolutely love the results!
Absolutely atrocious service from this hair salon. I walked in today with the intention of enquiring about trimming my hair and immediately was told by a staff member, “no one’s in for brows today”. Completely shocked, I responded that I have an enquiry about hair. She looked me up and down and said “we don’t do your type of hair”. Fair enough, but a polite, respectful and explanatory response would have been so much better. Aside from feeling embarrassed at how I was treated in front of other customers, it makes me really quite sad that just because of my hair texture, I cannot even enquire about a service at a local hairdressers. Very very poor and I am disgusted at the woman I encountered today. Thankfully, Unique Hair in the glades had much much politer and friendlier staff. The lady explained to me the reasons why they didn’t offer this service for my hair texture. This should be a training point for staff at this place- basic manners and being a real service provider. I will never ever step foot in this place again nor recommend it to anyone.
I visited this hairdresser after a while. I am sorry to say, experience was very disappointing. The prices are too high for the hair cutting performance. I had a wash and cut. The lady trimmed my hair( not good enough)in 7minute and left my hair very wet when I asked her for a one minute rough dry( all other hairdressers do it without asking) She said she will charge another £5 for just a rough dry. It is ridiculous. I already paid £32 and for quick rough dry, had to pay extra £5. RIDICULOUS ☹️
Been coming for 3 years for a cut every few weeks.i have ella and am always pleased with cut .all the staff are friendly and polite .wouldn't go any where else .
From my experience is too expensive. I took my daughter to have a trim, the haircut was done in less than 10min, we paid £23, in all fairness, the lady mentioned the price before the cut and I agree to that and she was nice, but I reckon it's too much for what it is, some other places in the area charge around £15 for that.
I've been having my hair done at The Stylers since 2018 and I leave satisfied and happy every time. The hairdressers are kind, polite, professional and do excellent work efficiently. I went today for a haircut and was delighted with the result. In the past I've had Ada, Ella, Denisa and had Esma (?) today and have always been impressed. It's fantastic value for money too. My only bugbears are that there's an additional fee for a rough dry, there's no student discount available and no reduced rate for a dry haircut. I left today feeling spoiled and pampered though and really happy which is great considering that I used to hate having my hair cut!
My mother finally had her "Post Lockdown" long overdue hair cut today at The Stylers. Shes come home absolutely buzzing, her hair looks incredible, and more importantly she feels amazing! She has nothing but compliments for the wonderful staff that treated her today. They were all warm, welcoming and very professional, and made her feel really comfortable! Thanks again!!
This salon is absolutely fantastic! I have never been to a salon where the hairdressers put in so much effort to really understand what I want. They took the time to look at the photos I had and to speak to me. As I was getting a balayage, I was at the salon for a few hours and witnessed the expectational service that was faultless throughout the day, despite the amount of customers and the uncomfortable heat. Throughout the progress, my hairdresser explained each step and took her time to execute my balayage to perfection. Afterwards, I decided that I would like my balayage to be darker and they were more than happy to do this the next day. Once again, they took the time to show me different shades and to understand what I wanted. Every hairdresser who works here is incredibly kind, hardworking and talented. The Stylers Bromley deserve far more five star reviews. I find it difficult to believe any of the negative reviews due to my own experience and the comments of other customers. I love my balayage and I look forward to my next appointment. I can not recommend this salon enough!
