   Really disappointed and upset with my haircut. Came here for my first haircut after moving to the area, hoping it would be my new local. I hadn't had my hair cut in 6 months so was excited to get a fresh trim. I have a very simple haircut and explained what I wanted. I left with a lovely blow-dry that lasted days but sadly after washing my hair at home and drying it straight I saw that it was far from what I'd asked for. It looks like it's been hacked at, very uneven which is terrible given I have fine hair. Just clumps of hair been chopped with no symmetry whatsoever. It's really upsetting and sadly I now have to wait for it to grow out. I had my hair cut with the junior stylist. The only positive is I had a discounted rate but there is no way this cut is worth the money, discounted or full price. You really need quality control and to properly train your juniors!!

   I have had 3 appointments and all 3 were disappointing. I turned up for my first appointment to be told the person I booked with wasn’t there - no one thought to call me beforehand to let me know. My second appointment was for a colour and my hair was dyed black rather than brown (although the girl doing the colouring has a great personality the fact my colour ended up so wrong isn’t ideal). I then booked for another haircut and was called an hour before to let me know the person wasn’t in that day. Safe to say I will be finding somewhere else to get my hair done after 3 tries and 3 fails (they also don’t really care much to give proper apologies for the bad experience). Prices are too high for such poor experiences !

   Amber did a fantastic job, transforming my dry, bleached yellow hair into a shiny dark ash colour. She was so attentive and kind and took the time to give me a perfect haircut. Highly recommended!

   I booked an appointment yesterday for my 10-year-old daughter’s haircut with a blow-dry included, and was given the price of £37 by the receptionist, who was very kind and helpful. When we arrived today, however, the experience was quite disappointing. The haircut itself was not what we had asked for, and there was no blow-dry provided. The stylist mentioned that a blow-dry was not included, which was very different from what we had been told at the time of booking. Although we were charged less in the end, the service was not what we had arranged or expected. It would have been much more professional if the team had clarified the details in advance or at least offered the blow-dry as an optional extra. Unfortunately, we left unhappy with both the haircut and the overall experience.

   I had a full head of highlights, cut and blow dry with Lucy! It was amazing, I’d never been to another hairdressers but since relocating was trying to find another one and was nervous for it. Elem did not disappoint, Lucy was extremely knowledgeable, kind and did exactly what I asked for. I would highly highly recommended Lucy and can’t wait to come back. Thank you again

   I have been several times now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s pure luxury from the minute you walk in the door. Kim has always done a brilliant job on my hair and it’s always a challenge! From the coffee and treat to the wonderful cut - it’s all brilliant! Couldn’t fault the whole experince and couldn’t improve it.

   Cancelled my fiancée's hair appointment the day before our wedding, as opposed to maybe cancelling someone else's appointment instead. Don't trust them with anything important, they will just let you down.

   Absolutely love this salon, brilliant colourists and literally had the best hair cut of my life recently - I a massive hair person, as in investing in my hair has always been my thing. Highly recommend the 10 minute root touch up colour technology that they’ve recently introduced, revolutionary for anyone who hates waiting for development time. Also really enjoy the little touches like the booking system, the way you get your tea and coffee on a gorgeous little tray, just really adds something to your experience.
