   I didn’t want to leave this review but my recent experience at this salon was so traumatic that I feel others should be warned. Date of visit: 27.9.23. I sent pictures of my braids that I had before asked for the price of the EXACT style. Was told the price and booked. I also called to confirm that I wanted very small butt length braids. When I got to the salon there was only one worker. Immediately she did the first braid I complained it was too big, she argued that it wasn’t and I said ok. It wasn’t very small but small. After some time other customers came in and I could feel her parting my hair huge! I complained and again she argue that it was all parted very small. (I complained non stop throughout and was ignored) when we finished I made it clear that I did like the hair, it wasn’t full, wasn’t knotless (you can see the hair wrapped around the braid in the pics) each braid was a different size! Some were HUGE and others were small. when I got home and saw the middle I went straight back for either a refund £110. Or a fix. After a long battle Lizy came to fix it, she was polite at first but then she also tried to gaslight me & tell me hair is fine! I was shocked and disappointed. They both were shouting at me while I was removing the braids, arguing with me and telling me it’s my fault. Anyway they ‘fixed’ it but offered NO APOLOGY and asked for the £10 I deducted from the original £120 costs. I paid it without arguing because I was shocked & disgusted that she had the audacity to ask for more money after I had to sit there, remove braids and have them redone! I just wanted to go home. No apology. No accountability. Instead they blamed me for having full hair and accused me of showing pics from Insta that can’t be achieved on my head..the pictures were of ME with the braids I took out 3 weeks ago. If I was offered a simple apology I wouldn’t have left this review but I’m truly upset by the service and response I received. So many women have horrible experiences and just let it go without speaking out. Not me. Everyone should know the risks associated with braiding in this salon. A waste of my time and £120. The ‘fixed braids are pictured below also.

   Fantastic service. I have to give Lizy's Salon in Seven Kings 5 stars. Lizy is very professional and it is evident that her clients are very important to her. She listens and delivers exactly according to your requirements. Great customer service. As someone who teaches customer service I certainly am very appreciative when I experience it, as I am sure that it is the same for all of us. I have always found it so difficult to find a polite, professional and proficient hairdresser, trust me, there are some rude ones out there. They usually lack one or two of the above, however, Lizy is the full package. Thank you for always delivering on my hair, showing your years of experience. Keep it up Lizy and never move or stop!!
