Ease of making the appointment. Lovely staff, both on the floor and during examination. Clear and helpful advice. So easy to alter my pick-up appointment at a moments notice.
I was worried about my eye floaters so i rang the Specsavers and got a same day appointment. All the staff were friendly and excellent at their job. The Specsavers staff at Doncaster always do a fantastic job and i always have a great experience.They really care about providing a good service and for that thank you. I recommend this place and i would go nowhere else.
I gave Specsavers the highest score because I have always been a customer, and this is our fourth pair of glasses from them. My daughter received excellent care during our recent appointment. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making the experience smooth and comfortable. Because of this consistently high standard of service, I would confidently recommend them to friends and family.
Very easy. Made appointment online. Got there early but was taken straight in. All great. Got help with choosing my new glasses too. Got the glasses a week after. I love them.

Busy store, but lots of lovely staff to keep people moving. Great range of frames available, starting from very low cost, up to over £129, many designer brands if they take your fancy.
Couldn't get an appointment with my own optician, so I booked at Specsavers. I'm glad I did. The young man who checked me was polite and professional. He did a thorough job and quickly referred me to DRI eye clinic. Excellent service.
Friendly and professional staff, fast service and clean environment. No good for the disabled though... multiple levels with no reasonable adjustments. I only went for an eye test and to choose some frames and felt like I'd spent the day mooching around the shops.
Stuff at Specsavers are really good. My children have additional needs and the staff are always willing to help. Really good. Really patient with them and a quality of glasses that they get from there is really good as well. We always paid a little extra to get them something nicer. But if you don't the basic glass is a really good as well
