   Injured cat Picked my cats up after a 10 day stay, to discover once home that one of them had sustained a broken tail. Phoned the following day to enquire about any further information to understand how this could have happened and was met with contempt. Received a call from a private number from a person who identified themselves as the manager, who instantly berrated me for "making accusations" of her staff without taking the time to show any concern for the cat or even offer any sort of comfort. I'd expect this injury to have been noticed and at the least some compassion in the circumstances. Avoid if possible.

   We left our cats here for a few weeks whilst visiting India. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and the place was lovely. All the cats looked so well cared for so we knew our babies would do great. They are back at home now and are healthy and happy. Thank you so much for taking care of our cats. Would highly recommend to everyone!

   My two cats just spent a week at the cats whiskers. They hadn't stayed in a cattery before so we were very anxious about it. The staff were really understanding and kind putting us at ease. The cattery is really warm and clean. All the cats in there all look really relaxed and happy. My two have come back happy and healthy, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone who is nervous about putting their cats in a cattery.

   This is a lovely cattery, run by very caring people. We were anxious about leaving our cat as she had never been left before, however we needn't have worried. It is a very calm and peaceful setting and Lottie settled in very well. We were very reassured and able to enjoy our holiday knowing that she was being well looked after. Thank you so much!

   Our boy Dennis just spent 8 nights at the Cats Whiskers and has been the most happy and relaxed we have ever seen him after us being away. We were so impressed at how tranquil and well-run this cattery is and appreciated the friendly and accommodating nature of the staff. Dennis loved his window seat! We will definitely bring him back next time we are away - thank you. :)
