   terrible experience. i've been many times before and have come out fine but this time was different. i had a different barber than before and showed a picture for reference do what i wanted done. i specifically said that i wanted to keep most of the length weight in the back, taper the sides and trim down some of the length on the top. he then said "oh so you want a mullet" to which i replied "yeah" at that point i was convinced it was gonna be ok but turns out i was wrong. the fade wasn't bad but he kept going over the same area over and over then started going higher which meant he had to go over the bit above that with scissors over comb again. then it came to my beard. he asked if i wanted to keep it as is or trimmed up which was fine but then he took the bald line for the taper fade too low so he said "i'm just gonna fade the beard into the rest" then he started taking the length out of the beard which i didn't ask for and by the time i realised it was too late. the beard didn't turn out too bad but it still wasn't what i asked for. then comes the worst part. at the start i told him to keep the length and weight on the back and take down the length on the top. well he did the opposite of that. he started cutting the back with scissors seemingly at random. while there is still some length in the back it was cut down far too short for my liking. then he took the smallest clipping off the top meaning my hair which is meant to be a modern curly mullet now looks like a bowl cut with a blow out. to top it all off he asked how i normally style my hair so i said i have wavy/curly hair so i try and keep it curly he then grabbed this "foaming wax" a roughly scruffled it through my hair leading to split ends (which were only just cut off) majority of the barbers here DO NOT know how to cut long hair and are only concerned with poorly blended fades bad scissor work. overall terrible experience with this particular barber. will never go to him again i can promise you that

   First and last time I’ll visit this barber. The offer of coffee was welcomed but doesn’t detract from the lack of follow through on the style of hair cut I wanted. The equipment seemed sub par as they kept nicking at my hair. I requested a blade 0.5 on the side and back mid blend. I Wanted a parting on the left as I comb my hair over to the right side. Wanted to keep the top length long with slight trim. Instead walked out with a low blend 0.5 on the back and side. With the top cut to half its length. The barber cited it was hard to achieve the look I wanted because my hair is curly. Will not be returning, will stick to my usual barbers. Only reason I went was because my usual was closed.

   This is one of the best barbers I have ever been too! I visited Chris Supercuts over in Gale Street Dagenham on Sunday this week and mohamad from the fourth chair who cut my hair was friendly and provided not just an amazing cut but a great service. I would highly recommend these barbers to anyone that wants a great cut, value for money along with a friendly and polite service as well as refreshments while you wait.

   Tried this place out few days for have haircut, beard faded trim and shave. It's spacious, clean and child friendly. The barber, Galian, was very experienced and friendly. He knew what I wanted and was very confident especially with the razor. Ended up buying the aftershave cream too. I think I might just make this place my regular barber. Only issue is parking; it's limited and not always available in front of the shops. Do not park behind the shops as it's a private car park.

   This is a totally honest review, this is by far the best barbers I’ve ever been to. Very happy with everything. They put so much time and effort into each cut. Have been myself and taken my son a number of times since we’ve moved to the area, all I can say is this place is actually exceptional. seriously good, won’t be going anywhere else now that I’ve discovered this place.

   I’m a regular customer. Tonight I turned up with on 2 people in the shop ahead of me, 4 people later I walked out. There is a problem with queueing in this shop, the low life with big mouths are happy to jump the queue, the staff don’t seem to care. Funny this is the first time I’ve had a problem and it’s the same time boss wasn’t there.

   Had worst experience here, the guy who cut my hair was is in so hurry that I already told him about the hairstyle which i want , but he dint listen to me and did what he like, I tried to even explain him, but he did not listen only. I will never recommend this place to anyone.non professional behaviour and very rude.The barber with the beard one ,he really don’t know how to behave with customers. Not worth doing hair cut there, as he only knows to trim the hair and make it short .I don’t even want to give 1 star.

   3 good cuts here now, by 3 different barbers so happy to leave a very positive review. Hair cut, beard trim and shape up with my last one being done by Mo (back chair) which has been the best one yet. This place Is busy and popular for a reason!
