   I asked for my bangs to be cut to the middle of my cheek. My bangs on the one side were cut just below my eye level and the other at my eyebrow. I felt there was no point arguing. I did point out that she's cut it shorter than I asked while still wet and she said, 'well it's not dry yet'. I wonder if she doesn't know it's going to be shorter when dried. I said thank you and left.

   I have had my hair done at Rush a few times, by Hazel, Amelia and Yasmin and wow I always leave over the moon. These girls have got it down to a fine art! I have a lot of fine super curly hair and have NEVER had a good blow dry, I was shocked after I had a treatment and blow dry from Amelia that was not only so smooth but I was able to make it last for 5 days without touching up. I was always told that my hair wouldn’t hold a blow dry or would frizz up but the girls assured me I would leave with the result I wanted. I love my curly hair but it is so so nice to now have a choice. Yasmin had completed my colour and tone previously which is spot on what I like and hasn’t faded/changed one bit. The stylists are so knowledgeable and caring it really feels like a big family, the salon is also so clean and just a good vibe in general. Genuinely could not recommend the salon enough, I won’t go anywhere else. The whole team is fantastic and very attentive, I cannot wait for my next appointment!

   Had a fabulous experience in Rush Sevenoaks. As a new customer, I was warmly welcomed into the salon. Hazel was very patient with me, taking the time to discuss and explain the transition from my blonde hair to red. I had been discouraged from this transition in other salons and told it wasn’t going to come out how I wanted it to however, Hazel made it happen and the results were amazing and my hair feels healthier than before. Kirsty gave excellent expert advice on what products I was looking for also. The entire team were fantastic and were very hospitable. I will most definitely be visiting the salon again.    I booked an appointment at Rush Sevenoaks through their online system, assuming that if a stylist is listed for colouring services, they are trained and competent to carry them out. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The balayage result my daughter received was extremely poor - upsetting enough that we had to return the same day for another stylist to try and improve it. Even after that, the colour remains far from what was expected and will take a long time to grow out. After a lengthy back and forth, we did eventually receive a full refund. But it should not have required that much chasing when the quality of the service was so clearly below standard. If you are considering going to this salon, I would strongly recommend that you phone them up to ask which stylists are experienced and confident with the specific service you want. Don’t rely on the online booking system alone because, as we found out, being listed doesn’t necessarily mean the stylist can do the job to a professional standard.

   Had highlights and a dramatic cut yesterday, both with Kasey. I left the salon with wet hair (my choice - my curls prefer to dry naturally!), so didn’t get the full impact of everything until I got home. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! Couldn’t be happier - it’s better than I could have ever imagined! The colour is exactly what I wanted and the cut is fabulous. Thank you so much Kasey - you’re amazing!!

   If I could give this a zero I would £146 for face frame highlights and blow dry quoted and booked in Email confirmation sent , drive one hour to get there and £6 parking and oh sorry we don’t have your booking after 3 consecutive phone calls to organise the booking. How shocking is that , it would be a nearly 3 hour appointment no one has a recollection of. And all that’s offered is oh we can try and book you in again. Unbelievable
