My first time visiting the salon, it was very nice experience. All of the staff were very warm, welcoming and attentive. Hollie did the perfect balayage and Keira did a thorough cut and blow dry. I look forward to my future visits.
Really disappointed by this Salon, having been a client for a number of years. Charged me more than standard rate for a blow dry for having ‘longer hair’ when it took no more time to wash/ dry or style it. It seems they are making their prices up as they go along and have little regard for client feedback or retention. I won’t be going back. Shameful.

Prices continue to increase in small amounts but frequently. If prices in other areas of life went up at the same pace such as petrol, food and utilities there would be uproar. In the last 10 months I experienced a percentage increase per cut of 37%. This informs me the owners are greedy and in turn has me seeking an alternative salon chain.
Great experience, great colour from Simone and lovely haircut from Emily. Both really listened to what I wanted. Got a complimentary treatment due to timing - very kind!

I had the Brazilian blow-dry - my hair looks & feels amazing! The hairdressers are extremely professional and the quality of service is truly outstanding. Would highly recommend this salon!!
I went there without an appointment, just decided to try someone totally random, I went for a proper change and OMG I left happier than I ever expected. The manager, forgot his name, did my hair, he was very good at listening, did what he said he would, talked me to throughout the process and made me feel super relaxed. I don’t normally get my hair cut so short, but I love it!!! After 5 years in Sevenoaks I finally found a place to go for my haircut.
Visited in June to have my long dark hair lightened and I'm pleased with my new hair colour. Unfortunately, during the five hour proceedure, quite a lot of product seeped through the gown and bleached my clothes. When I contacted T&G about this (showing them pictures of my bleach blobbed clothes) they sent me a picture of their disclaimer notice. So if you visit this salon wear some waterproofs! Or consider another salon that will gown you up properly and make sure you're looked after to the correct industry standard.
