   Came here as a model for a pedicure. I was a little worried at first but as soon as i walked through the door i felt like id known everyone for years. The nail tec was very pleasent n gentle whilst doing the pedicure. I was very happy with the colour n the pedicure. I would highly recommend n i will be back again. Thank you.

   I'm only giving 1 star for one of the nail technicians in there, lily, not once but twice she has not turned up to do my nails, she is so unprofessional, how can she not even let her clients know that she is unable to do their nails. I am fuming, the fact that she has done this twice. People do not book with her, please book with the other nail technician, Arabia, lovely girl and attends to clients needs.

   I had an appointment with nail technician from this salon. She did a terrible job with my nails, she did gel nails and they peeled the other day. Not only that she also damaged my nails they started to crack because of how thin they were. The business owner promised that I will be contacted regarding this situation which never happened. So basically they cannot be bothered. Very very bad experience never had such a terrible gel nails.

   I came in today for a cut and blow dry, the girls at the reception was so welcoming and lovely. Leona shampooed, cut, and blowdried my hair. She spoke me through my hair wash, explained all products/treatments, always double checked that I was okay. Leona listened to what I wanted, took care of my hair. My hair feels so much better, and has life back into it. Will be back soon! Thanks Leona xxx
