   This afternoon I attended an appointment with my son for a hearing test with the paediatric audiology department, to say I was amazed with the two ladies we saw is an understatement. They were simply incredible! Both ladies paid so much attention to my son, he didn't even realise what we were there for! He just thought he was there to play! I cannot thank both ladies enough for their attention, and dedication to their job and their patients. Absolutely blown away by their warmth, respect, politeness and kindness they showed myself and my son.

   We sat in a psychiatrist office for about 10 years no help, no understanding at times shaming no agreement to test for neurodiversity. We now have for our son at the age of 19 since leaving a diagnosis of ADHD and Autism and learning difficulties. An utterly useless service

   Why do you think it’s necessary to all of a sudden discharge kids? That’s so horrible and without any warning that’s just pure evil. It is one horrid to discharge a kid even though they are still struggling but another to do it without any warning

   My daughter was referred to Camhs in December of 2019 presenting with symptoms of an eating disorder. Staff falsified reports called social care unnecessarily and falsely accused me of neglecting my daughter. And their website states they provide a quality service!!! Utterly disgusting!! Formal complaint has gone in with relevant organisations copied in! PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

   Irreparably appalled with how the doctor mis diagnosed my partner in a field they don't specialise in, without even bothering to address immediate needs of physiotherapy. Formal complaint ensuing.

   Receptionist incredibly rude and condescending. Dental Practice would not see my daughter for 2 months despite being in agony due to Tooth Ache! Have moved to another dental practice and will not be going here again.
