   Unfortunately I waited 25mins as it appeared a consultation was squeezed in by Demi and took place next to where I was waiting. Once Demi got to me, Demi was patient and listened to what I wanted and really took the time. The girl who shampooed my hair hadn’t read the booking so didn’t do the hair treatment I requested on the booking. Demis cut was what I requested and I really liked the finished look.

   I was very impressed today. The staff were all delightful and welcoming and Primrose, who cut my hair, was excellent; a good cut and style from a recently qualified who had a lovely manner and a maturity which belied her years. Very impressed indeed!

   I had a really lovely relaxed time having a great hair cut and color done by very friendly staff. I had a choice of drinks to have from a menu . Great coffee and biscuits. Loved the salon decor too. Everything was so clean and organized. I felt very pampered.

   I recently visited Tony and Guy brentwood to get my beauty works hair extensions styled and I am so impressed with the outcome! My stylist was Daniel and I cannot express how well my hair is sitting! You would honestly not know I have extensions in my head! The layers sit perfectly with my own hair! The salon is so pleasant and everyone has a jovial happy enthusiastic approach to clients! Highly recommend and will definitely be back! Thank you all but especially Daniel!

   Shame on you for cancelling my appointment because of a patch test that I cannot attend due to work and letting me down just before my wedding! Rigid and unprofessional behaviour which left me upset a few days before the happiest moment of my life. The alternatives offered to me were: either you come whenever we tell you or you miss your appointment. So don't lie to people to look better. You are completely unreliable.

   Toni and Guy in Brentwood were fantastic. I had a half head of highlights with a cut and blow-dry to finish the look. Very happy with the results. It was a relaxed atmosphere and felt very comfortable with Debbie and Enzo (the stylists). A very good experience and will definitely go back. Leonora x
