   I had a terrible experience in shopping in this store today about 24/11/25 4pm, I got served by a very rude staff, she has blonde hair with glasses on, big build body. She didnt say hi or greet when I came to the counter but staring at me. When I packed my items that I purchased and waited for my invoice, she stared at me and shouted 'Yea!' in an aggressive tone implying I should leave, but didnt ask if I want an invoice or not, when I asked for an invoice, she has shown impatient expression. I have always shop in this store with good experience because of other lovely staffs. However, this particular staff definitely need more training on customer service and basic manners

   When I was getting served by some woman on the counter, I think it rude when they start having a conversation with another staff when she were serving me and she had no respect whatsoever and I think the woman with blonde hair was more interested in talking to some1 instead of serving me and once I paid for my items she didn’t even thank you and I think she needs customer service training

   The store is great, and the staff are the most caring, kindest work team I've ever seen, they go above and beyond expectations to help people ,especially their customers who need extra support!I could write a couple of page's on the lovely things I've seen staff members do to help struggling customers, but don't want to risk embarrassing anyone who might recognise themselves in this review. The team is an absolute credit to Heron food's !
