    Dissapointing. I asked for a low skin fade and got a 1 instead. Barber was more keen on telling me to 'trust a professional' rather than delivering what I asked for. Pretty sure I got charged for a full skin fade too. But rather than arguing, I went straight to a barber who has the skill and understanding to deliver what the customer wants.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I stepped into the barber shop I was greeted with a negative vibe. There I was this evening 6pm with my wages in my hand to get my skin fade , and I was greeted with “ Its gonna be a long wait”. About 45 minutes later I left the barber shop without my haircut. As a young black youth I’m tired of substandard customer service from those who would try to stereotype me, when I am a full paying citizen whose money is a good as the next mans. I love to support local businesses but this is one that won’t be receiving my support again.

    I got a decent haircut from a friendly guy, but the poor chap next to me had an awful barber who had his headphones in and was on the phone the whole time and at one point stopped for 10 mins to have what sounded like an argument in German, leaving the customer just sitting there. Very unprofessional. The place was also pretty dirty.

    after good cuts in Italy and Spain, I was a bit worried about a cut in the UK. I read a few excellent reviews on this and, although not the cheap 6-pounds-a-cut some shops sport on the window, i decided to give it a try. For 15£ I got one of my best cuts ever, the barber was really interested in finding the cut I liked and we ended up pleasantly talking about sports even if it's not my favourite topic. Not the cheapest but I paid the same back in Italy, but will definitely come back and make it my stable barber shop
