I got in and the staff high fived me. The staff are so nice and polite I got a few snacks and left good for quick service 67
Really unprofessional staff. I don't know if the lady was the manager. I was literally only exploring the store while I got a little time off from work and picked up two items and bought them. This rude lady blamed me for taking things that I didn't even touch. She was outright rude and unprofessional. And she just asked me to leave without letting me talk at all. And guess what? Am I allowed to leave if I really picked up anything? Funny! I have been regularly shopping in Tesco since I came to the UK. And this was really unprofessional and hurtful, especially as a sincere person who hasn't really done anything wrong at all.
I recently had a disappointing experience at Tesco Express that I felt that I needed to share. My visit started off as usual (like every time we go) until we attempted to buy some eggs. To my surprise, the staff refused to sell them to me without providing any reasonable explanation. This left me feeling quite confused. What made the situation even worse was the manner in which the staff handled the situation. Their attitude came across as rude and arrogant which added to my frustration. I would’ve expected them to politely refuse to offer me the eggs at the least but instead, I was met with rudeness . Overall, this experience has left me almost flabbergasted at the behaviour of the staff, and I hope that the management will take steps to improve customer interactions in the future.
Clean, tidy and always well staffed, and mostly stocked. Not the easiest to manoeuvre around as very tight and narrow....

I got everything that I needed. It is a clean well stocked shop. Staff helpful and friendly. Was in and out which was what I wanted.
Handy little Tesco Express store. There are a few free parking spaces directly outside the store. Popped in here to grab a meal deal - had a pretty good selection. Couple of self service checkouts which is always good to see.
Am a 24 year old covered in tattoos, I’ve grew up going into this shop since I can remember. Never been ID’d for tabaco because staff know me and my age. Just been told to show my ID for an energy drink my mistake as I’ve not got it on me but i don’t know what 15/16 year old is covered in tattoos. I think the some staff need to actually need training on who actually looks 15/16.
If you enjoy waiting in queues this is the place for you... and most of the time the self service points are card only. So you have to join the cashier queue and wait & wait. When you mention this to staff why the pay point are card only they said they have ran out money and there's nothing they can do about if it's a problem complain thanks for Tesco staff...
