I had a terrible experience at this barber shop. I went in for a clean, professional haircut for a very important meeting, but they completely ruined my hair. It looked rushed, uneven, and nothing like what I asked for. The barber was extremely rude and didn’t speak English well enough to understand even basic instructions. When I calmly tried to explain what went wrong, he became aggressive — like he actually wanted to fight me. Totally unprofessional. I was so embarrassed, I had to rush to another barber shop just to get it fixed before my meeting. Very disappointed and honestly shocked by how badly I was treated. Avoid this place at all costs.
Very unprofessional. The guy didn't follow my brief. The saloon was empty but still the guy was in such a hurry. I asked him not to cut it too short and use the machine number 5 on the side. He completely ignored me and used the machine number 2. I asked him to stop and the guy wanted to argue with me, saying why he had to use number 2 on the side. Worst haircut and customer service I've ever experienced. I really don't recommend this place.
One of the best barbers I’ve been to. Always excellent service, friendly, fast and very experienced team. They’ve saved me a couple of times when other hairdressers have done a poor job! Highly recommend.
I came here for the first time recently after moving to London from Birmingham, and was very impressed. I was looking for a great barber and I have found it here. Aras was great. Great fade, shape up and beard trim with great customer service. He also gave me advice on how to help my hairline. Cant wait to come back guys! Would certainly recommend.
After my second, I can confirm this barber’s place is a really good one! The two times I got my hair cut I was presented with amazing service. The workers were nice and professional and got me great final results! 100% recommended.
Have tried a couple barbers in Putney, and these guys are my favourite. Price is good, you can walk in, rarely have to wait and the haircuts are great. They will listen to what you like and if you're not happy they'll see you for free the next day until you are.
