One of the best pubs I’ve been to hands down. Everyone was very lovely, helps to be Canadian. The food was tbh incredible and the beer was delightful and so was the vibe! Went multiple times during my stay. I highly recommend!

Great food love the Sunday roast, it is the best I’ve had. Everything has been cooked perfectly and it’s great value for money.

Came here for a Bottomless Brunch with my partner. Fantastic little pub. The drinks and food selection on the Brunch were fantastic. The platter we had was unbelievable and so fresh. Definitely worth a visit

Quite possibly the worst pub lunch experience I've ever had. Next to no beer on tap. I made the mistake of booking a table here for my daughters birthday. Customer service from the bar staff was virtually non existent. I called to book the table and was told yes no problem! We ordered food within 10 minutes of arrival and was seated next to a group of women who thought they was in magaluf. After waiting just short of 2 hours some food finally arrived. The children's food was served and then there was a 20 minute wait for the adults food. The food was bang average at best and certainly not wait the ridiculous wait. Steak ordered rare and pretty much cremated. Chicken breast was boiled with no taste or texture. Soft drinks served from cans and no Ice available. Thankyou for been the worst part of my daughters birthday. I will definitely never return.

Had a birthday party in the function room saturday evening, the food was first class and was more than plentiful, items were added we hadn't anticipated for no extra cost. The staff and landlady/husband went above and beyond to make it extra special. Had a fabulous evening, would highly recommend

The best Sunday roast! The meat was so tender and the portion size generous. It was great they offer a baby plate in addition to a child's plate. It was just right for my 2 year old granddaughter. Also, ordered a take for my son, who said it was amazing. The landlord was really friendly and made us very welcome. This will definitely be our go-to for Sunday lunches in the future.

Food takes well over an hour to arrive, if there are other diners. Otherwise it arrives in reasonable time. It's unreliable so you don't know how your evening will go. Hit or miss. Frustrating. Otherwise, lovely owner. She's fortunate to have the loyalty and sympathy of the regulars.
