This building is very old, and I have reported several problems to them but have not received any response.
Lived here for 2 years. It’s not so bad. Fire alarm went off often because of the leak from the 2nd or 3rd floor. It’s a good studio with everything that you need in an apartment. Not so far from uni of Leeds and Leeds Beckett city campus, as well as the city centre. There’s rats in the green space where the bicycle parking is. But overall good.
Dirty and disgusting for both rooms I moved into. Agency don't clean the rooms despite stating they do. Reported in check-in but nothing was done. At the end of my residency after cleaning myself, they charged me for minimal problems that were there before I moved in. Avoid if possible unless you like breathing in mold.
Apartment was not clean when we moved in. Landlord did not offer to clean until 3 days after we took possession. Should have been cleaned before we got the keys. They were told the date that we would take possession 2 months in advance. Some issues that were raised have not been resolved. Took 10 days to get a meter reading so had issue with the electric and water companies. Flat is ok but a little small Cheap to run. Close to the University and Leeds town centre. Perhaps the two stars are for the quality of flat less the landlord service. Students be aware. Get them to clean before you sign!
