   Prices are wrongly advertised (wanted 4£, then 1.99 when it should be 1.60) and when you challenged it the employee at self checkout slammed the flowers and said there was nothing he can do. Eventually called a manager who has no customer service skills. Made me feel uncomfortable. Very poor service, even from a manager. No apology for delay or inconvenience.

   It's a nice new store, but having no-one on any till and forcing you into self scan even with a full trolley isn't good enough. Come on Aldi, do better. No-one likes self scanning a full trolley and having to get a staff member to clear an error every 5 items isn't a great experience.

   So this is Aldi’s response when I inform them that we have found a SNAIL inside a tin of their peas.My daughter has a small baby that she is about to start weaning onto solid food, can you imagine if that snail had gone into her food!? SNAILS ARE TOXIC Aldi don’t care, didn’t even mention recalling the batch.Be careful if you shop here.
