   Tesco app and maps say open til 7pm Get to store at 6:30 to be told by security, "we're closed" Be going elsewhere in future, very poor.

   How terrible I feel about going to this store, the employees are always grumpy and rude in their service. Today I went to the store with my two children, baby, I bought a lot of things, and I had to deal with the children and the shopping, which wasn't easy. I saw some dirty looks at me, because this takes time at the checkout. They still thought I wouldn't pay for the bags, I hadn't finished my purchase, when a young, very rude employee charged me for the bags, with an angry look, thinking I wouldn't pay. terrible store I hate this place.

   Staff always go above and beyond especially security. My little boy had thrown his shoe out the pram yesterday , as I was looking for it a Tesco worker was looking for me and informed me they’d put it on the desk for me. Security collected the shoe and even put it back on to help me ( it was a manic shopping trip) , he didn’t realise how much he was helping me out. I’ve been shopping here for years and I’ve never come across staff as nice as in here.

   I've been to this branch lots of times, and it's great. It's just up the road from the college I used to go to, studying animal management (Myerscough College), so the location was convenient at the time. This was where the college got the fruits and vegetables which the animals were fed with, and they were good quality (I know of this because part of the college courses I did involved feeding animals, and part of that involved preparing fruits and vegetables for the herbivore and omnivore animals). The staff there are very good, always willing to help out, like if you can't find something you're looking for, or if you need a hand getting something down from a high shelf which you can't reach. The products are good quality, and the prices are pretty good. The car park is relatively large, so it's usually easy as pie to find a parking space. I am also a volunteer and former work experience placement for Dogs Trust (the Merseyside branch in Huyton), and there's a donations bin in the shop which is for the center, and there are many other customers who very kindly donate to the center. The only issues is that this branch of the shop is that there's no petrol station or cafe present, which would be a nice addition. Other than that, can't complain. I would recommend this store.

   Queues are getting beyond a joke. Doesn't matter what day you go, be prepared for a long wait at check outs, went yesterday (Wed) around 11:30am, was in the queue for at least 15 minutes, happened the week before too! Not enough staff, staff that are there are frazzled, probably due to volume of customer complaints. Person infront of me queued for ages only to be told when getting to the til that it was card only, nowhere at check out did it have a sign saying no cash, disgusting. Sort it out Tesco.

   Basically got accused of stealing Bags for life before I’d even completed my purchase at the self service checkout. 12.05pm on the 23rd May 2022 so whoever was on duty then I suggest you tell her to not try to publicly humiliate your customers. Was not aware you had to scan bags before you put items through, thought it was at the end when you paid? Got told in a snotty tone ‘ you’ve got to scan them bags yeno ‘ I apologised and said I would scan them on a new purchase. Never felt so shamed in my life. You might want to have more than 2 checkouts open that accept cash also, ridiculous queues. Wouldn’t step foot in here again
