Very nice place and immaculately clean. Well priced, too. And they're very responsive. If I had to stay in the area again, I wouldn't even look elsewhere.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay in the Garden Cottage. beautifully decorated and good quality bathroom. Spotlessly clean. It was perfect for our trip. Laura and her mum provided an excellent service - Great communication. Lovely location in the old village of Ollerton next to the river. you even have your own little garden to sit in. Great value for money. Highly recommend.
Been coming here for 9 years now as my dad lives close by. Alan, Teresa & their daughter Laura are amazing hosts. The place is always spotless and the bed is super comfy. You have everything you need in the cottage plus a lovely garden to sit in when the weather is good.
Lovely little studio cottage, with a cute riverside patio to sit and enjoy the sun with a view of the water. The bed is very comfortable, and you get a choice of two singles or one super king. Laura was great with providing all the info we needed leading up to our stay and the check in process was easy. We really appreciated the extras included like tea and coffee, cereal and other bits. As an added bonus, the shower is absolutely fab with great water pressure and temp control
This is a lovely, well equipped, comfortable little property, ideal for a short break. It's close to sherwood forest and clumber Park, (both worth a visit), in fact , we need to return as there's lots more to explore in the area. The owners were very welcoming. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Such a hidden gem! We absolutely loved our stay here. The studio room was so clean and had everything you would ever need. The hosts were lovely and attentive and quick to answer any queries. The welcome pack you get is so informative and we even had a lovely hamper too! We cannot wait to book again :)
I stayed here whilst doing a Baking course at a school located about 9 miles away. I love my accommodation. So clean. The bed was amazing. The best part was coming home knowing that the owners were next door, just in case if I needed anything. The shower was great, I didn’t use the bathtub but it looks luxurious, maybe next time. As solo traveller I felt really safe. Also, there’s a bus stop across the road, one goes direct to Nottingham, the other one I think goes to Mansfield. I didn’t get time to eat at the Italian next door, nor the tea room, but the menu looks great. The owners really manage the property well, and one of the best things was, on arrival, when I got out the taxi, Teresa was waiting outside, that was lovely and I will always remember that. I hope to return next year. X
