Not a bad place. Paying for parking on arrival despite having a room booked is a little cheeky. Be prepared for that. Rooms aren't bad for what it is. Staff were a mix of extremely polite or extremely disinterested so it's luck of the draw there.

Staff were polite and friendly. The room was clean. However the temperature of the room was unbearable. No heating on, window open and still the room was unbearably hot. Didn't sleep well and were left feeling tired,, and feeling ill. Completely ruined our stay. Never Again

Excellent stay - as usual. The staff are always friendly and amenable and the rooms are good, considering they do need updating. There's nothing negative I can say about the hotel, but access can be difficult owing to the cars queuing for the McDonald's drive thru'.

Very impressed with our overnight stay whilst visiting relatives. Greeted at reception by a lovely lady. Very good room and immaculate bathroom. Paid for the full english breakfast which was also very good value, great selection of quality cooked food plus fruit and pastries, eaten in lovely environment. There were plenty of parking spaces and if you were just coming good for a meal the parking was free but overnight parking hadn't additional charge, would be easier to be able to add this when booking the room online rather than having good to pay on phone when you've arrived after a long journey.

Wonderful reception Staff. I stay in a lot of Premier inns for work and always get a nice greeting at reception but I have to say the greeting and service I received today was by far the best experience I have ever had. Nothing was to much trouble from the early check in to sorting breakfast the reception staff were helpful and so friendly. Highly recommended

All the staff without exception, cleaners, receptionists and waiters were happy and helpful at this hotel. We even left a razor behind and it was put in lost property so that when we made an enquiry they could locate it, pop it in the post paid envelope we sent and it arrived home without a problem. We would definitely stay at this Premier Inn again. It maintains the usual cleanliness and comfort we come to expect from Premier Inns and goes that extra mile

We stayed here 5/12/22 for 2 nights, the room was clean, warm and well maintained. It was in the main building and very quiet even though it was close to a drive through McDonald's All the staff we had dealings with were superb, we asked to drop our luggage off on the morning of our check in which was no problem and also they let us leave our luggage there after checking out for the rest of the day. All in all a great couple of nights

I recently had to liaise with this hotel as we had most of my wedding couples family stay here. we had around (around 30 rooms). I just wanted to write a review of how incredibly helpful Jane has been for us throughout our wedding planning, going over and above any expectations we could imagine. Making sure that all our guests were looked after and have the rooms they need, putting families together where necessary and generally just being and absolute star. We cannot thank her enough. If you get Jane looking after you, you know you are in really good hands. Thanks Jane. You are really one in a milion.

Booked as an over night stop. Room was comfortable but far too hot. Couldn't seem to adjust the heater. Ended up turning it off at the wall. Opening the windows. In November. That was our only issue during our stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Only issue with location was on arrival because of the fast food outlets on the same junction we had issues accessing the car park. It's a very poor layout design. We ate evening meal and breakfast at the beefeater. They were short staffed but we were informed of this at check in to manage our expectations.

Beautiful hotel and location. Super service.Staff are well trained, know what they are doing (hotel and restaurant), very polite, attentive and friendly. A credit to management! Food is super, well cooked and there is a great choice on a menu ( a well thought menu, very sophisticated). Place is very clean ( restaurant, toilets, rooms, outside area)! Breakfast is lovely, cooked on your request! Will definitely stay there again!
