I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to Shyro Barbers, specifically regarding their use of the Booksy app for bookings. As a loyal customer for over a year, I've always booked through Booksy and paid in person without issue. However, after my latest appointment, I was surprised to see a cancellation fee charged to my account days later. Despite reaching out to Carl for clarification, he initially acknowledged the issue but later ignored my attempts to resolve it. Additionally, my efforts to contact Booksy went unanswered, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard. So after a month, I have officially given up. This experience has lost Shyro Barbers a customer and I will be sure to tell others to steer well away. The lack of transparency and customer service from both Carl and Booksy is unacceptable. I hope this feedback prompts improvements in customer service practices at Shyro Barbers and greater accountability from both the barbershop and the booking platform.
Don’t waste your time not serious about customers
My partner has been going to him for a few weeks now and omg he looks so hot! Best haircuts he's had in the 7 years we've been together. Everybody has complimented him! We took my son to him this week. He hasn't had a haircut in over a year because of how badly he reacts. Carl did such an amazing job with him. Managed to calm him down eventually and he was so happy with his cut that he kept asking me to take pics of him. Really pleased we found him. Recommend him highly

A killer trim and by far the most professional service I've received from a barber. On time for my appointment, wore a mask the whole time and took great care over my haircut. Really good booking service too. Definitely would recommend
