Booked a viewing for a property, they called to confirm a hour before, I told them I’ll be there and the guy said he’ll be there. Got to the property. The guy wasn’t there. Honestly what’s the point of even confirming the booking.
One of the worst agencies I've come across, I had a viewing booked for today 4pm and I reached here 5 mins early leaving my office and everything before time to beat traffic and to my surprise nobody was here at 4. when I called the number on the board and on right move again and again nobody picked up and then 15 mins later I get a call just now from someone at their office saying that the agent who was supposed to meet you is stuck in traffic and cannot reach today and we will have to reschedule for tomorrow. Do they think that it's easy for someone to take time out of their daily schedules just to be notified 15 mins after the actual viewing time that they need to reschedule? All while I've received multiple messages and emails on reminding me about the viewing, I guess they need to send themselves these reminders as well. And what kind of an excuse is this “stuck in traffic”??? At least have the courtesy to pick your phone up. Completely pathetic.

We recently bought a property being sold by Local Properties & they could not have been more helpful. Julie showed us round for the first visit, explained everything & answered any questions we had. We made an offer the following day & things progressed from there. We did go back for another viewing for measurements, etc. & this time we dealt with Russell. Unfortunately there were a few problems, nothing to do with Local Properties, but they were extremely helpful in sorting things out & Russell kept us informed all the way through. We didn't have a Solicitor but they recommended one, also a removal company & different tradespersons, all of whom have been excellent. Thank you Russell & all at Local Properties.
