Had a hair cut, beard and hot towel this morning. Fantastic, friendly barber, great cut and finish and the hotel was amazing, the menthol foam before took it to a whole new level. Massively recommended

Asked for it short but not too short to the point where my hairline doesn’t show and he decided to cut most of it off and do the opposite of what I asked for. Was getting looks outside the shop when walking back home and was very confused then realised while he was trimming the side he made me bleed. Cleared it up but it was to the point where it was slowly dripping when I was walking outside. Not a good experience at all

Horrendous experience and not the only time. Massive cut on my forehead during shape up ,first time a 'barber' has managed to do this, didn't even apologies just carried on. Staff not welcoming and always delaying the haircut by talking to each-other nonstop. Expect far better service for the price!
It was the best haircut I’ve had in a long time. I came all the way from Nottingham to try them as I had seen the Instagram page. Brilliant cut and will come back again for sure!!
Terrible haircut.. Even by myself I could make it better… The barber was eating fries by his fingers and he stood up , start cutting my hair without washing his hands.. And after he started talking about conspiracy theories or talking Kurdish with his colleague and wasn’t focused on my head.. Wasted money.. Cash money because they don’t accept card.. He didn’t give me receipt as well..
