   If I could give less than a star then I would. As a star would indicate that they provided a service... they did not!!! Awful experience. They don’t open @ 9:30 as advertised. They open whenever they want! Today it was 10:30 before anyone showed up. This morning I was told to book for 12 and come back. Even though I had already waited over an hour from half 9 (advertised opening time). I returned at 11:50 and waited patiently for 20 minutes before being told that I would not be seen for another 3 customers. Kojo then denied any wrong doing If you’re wanting to waste a day waiting to get a hair cut then this place is for you. Awful customer service with no acknowledgement for when they have made a mistake.
