I came into the shop and was welcomed by Vasco who cut my hair, it was my first time ever cutting my hair and he made me feel very comfortable. We chatted and he helped me make a decision about what I wanted and executed it. It was such a 10/10 experience in addition to being welcomed by Eric, the owner/manager.
