The hotel is situated near the Designer Outlet which is very convenient for people if they wanna do their shopping! The staff were very welcoming and very friendly and most importantly very helpful. Next door is the restaurant which we weren’t very keen on! But very friendly as well. You have burger joints within 10 mins walk from the hotel so everything was around the hotel which is very pleasing! I have no complaints and very happy with everything! I would like to come back to this hotel whenever I’m up here next time! A must for all if you want to adventure out to the Peak District or to do shopping!

Arrived at Alfreton to be greeted by two lovely staff collected key and checked in. Don’t forget the car park registration authentication. Got to my room and unfortunately it smelt like a dirty wet mop, quickly returned to reception where the lovely and extremely apologetic very accommodating Mandy sorted out a downstairs room with easy access for me as quick as a flash and all was well. Needed more towels they were there , She is an asset helpful, polite, professional to this premier inn

Absolutely fantastic greeting from the staff on arrival - Kevin was amazing and talked us through some nice walks in the area to . Room wasn't quite ready as we were a little early so he managed to find us one that was ready - rooms very clean tidy and comfortable would recommend anyone coming to the area to stay here .

Stayed here with my husband and two daughters and other family. Our family room was great, very clean, and quiet. Was on holidays so out and about during the day, and spent the evening in the pub. Food was good, atmosphere was good, played cards each evening in the pub. My husband is a coeliac and he was very well catered for, especially breakfast where his food was cooked to order. Thanks for a great stay!

Usual good reliable standard of room, excellent bed as usual. If your on the lower floor you’ll hear every move in the ceiling from the room above which is a let annoying. No plug sockets next to or near the bed and the usb sockets were both broken. Staff in the hotel and attached brewers fayre are lovely.

staff at the hotel are friendly and accommodating room tho was cold but clean ish did run my finger across bits you can’t see and erm dust ! couldn’t get heating to stay on , went for dinner at the bar and it was loud full of groups being hella loud waited at the bar and got overlooked, food was standard microwave delight, could hear people coming and going from their rooms through the night with doors keep banging ,usb are broken by the bed we stay in premier inns all over the country btw regularly and it is now our time to move to a different company it’s not as nice as it was cheap remember when it was a good deal not so much these days it’s gone from £21 -£103 a night in 3 years !

Spacious room, nice and clean, one of the more modern premier inns that I've visited. Self check-in proces simple. Issues with TV remote control not working but staff quickly resolved. Had a good night's sleep - nice and quiet!

The rooms were capable of sleeping 3 adults, but there policy on allowed 2 adults and a child up to 16. My daughter is Autistic so can't be left in a hotel room on her own so we always shared a room in other hotels. They said when we booked the rooms would be near each other but it ended up with them being far away. So we won't be staying in a Premier Inn again.

Well kept hotel close to the motorway. This hotel is super accessible from the motorway, with added bonus of being just far enough that you can't hear a thing. The room was well maintained and welcoming. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Although there was no Air conditioning, the room had a large standing fan available for use. The breakfast was buffet style with advance booking encouraged. Would definitely stay here again if needed.
