Worst shop ever! Picking up parcels a nightmare, you have to rummage through yourselves and get no help from the staff. Often you have notification that your parcel is there but when you go for it, it’s nowhere to be found. Avoid at all costs!
Do not use this shop under any circumstances for Evri parcels. Very poor organisation. Have lost several parcels. Incredibly rude woman. Avoid this place at all costs. Would give no stars
Accused me of stealing! Awful and dodgy place there was a leak from the roof today and was just letting kids in could of had a electrical fire. They also have a card reader so don't use card inside.
If I could give it a minus score I would have! Awful customer service! I will not be having any more parcels sent there!!
Excellent place to drop off parcels. Open very early till late so handy. Good customer service
Won't be sending my hermes parcels here anymore. They refuse to even look for them, I have to keep going back until they can be bothered. Very rude staff. Can't pay on card unless it's over £3 which shouldn't be a thing anymore.
