   "Disappointing experience today (24 Dec 2025) around 3:20pm. Despite being Christmas Eve and having customers waiting, the service was very poor. Staff at the checkout tills were chatting and talking on mobile phones while we were waiting to be served (Till 1), some customers left their stuff as they been ignored by staff to be served. Highly unprofessional."

   Loads of bargains and plenty of stock. Friendly staff and usually nice and clean. Aisles are too small though so sometimes it's hard to get past people and there's no room whatsoever for a que at the till area. Car park is minute and a pain to get in and out of. Worth the hassle though for the products they sell and the prices they charge.

   Forgot a bag on the back of my trolley expecting it to be gone by the time I returned but the really nice polite Manager had come out of the store looking for me then put it in a safe place until I returned. Excellent service absolutely thrilled with them.
