   From the start of the process the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We were kept up to date at all times by email and their very user friendly website. At the start of the process they advised a very sensible asking price which we got. And at times when issues arose provided advice when needed that matched our own thoughts. Suggested a firm of solicitors to use that were located in the same building making the process easier and more efficient. And the overall service came at a very decent price. Would highly recommend.

   We switched over from another Estate agent over to Peter David at Huddersfield after a long and unsuccessful experience of nearly 2 years. PD and Claire Ramsbottom dealt with the whole issue sensibly and professionally and in a much more friendly manner and we managed to sell the property within 3 months (which included the conveyancing delays). Great job Claire and thank you for your efficient and friendly manner with which you helped us. Their fees were about half of what the other company charged (which they did collect just because they introduced the same buyer who quoted ridiculously low amounts when they offered for the same house earlier)
