E&H sold our house within 24 hours of this going on the market. The hard work didn't stop there and we spoke to Katie almost every week with updates on the latest position, she chased Solicitors on both sides moving things forward.

Really poor customer service from this estate agents. We viewed a property and wanted to put some questions to the landlords about things we were and weren't allowed to do. The lady at the estate agents said she would contact the landlord and come back to us straight away......which never happened! 24 hours later we still hadn't heard from them, so we rang again to be told that the property had been let! A man from the rental team did come back to us eventually and didn't have a clue why he was ringing us at all, wasn't helpful in the slightest and just informed me that the property had been let! Poor poor service, ignorant staff, unhelpful staff and overall very disappointing from a supposedly excellent estate agent. Avoid if you want to get anywhere because you will be ignored!
Amazing management from Edkins and Holmes as I havent had any issues with the property im currently a tenant at. Theyre always there if there are any problems and have answered any questions ive had as a first time tenant. They also have their own maintenance team who keep the area looking amazing. Ben Holmes who dealt with our agreement was lovely and ever so helpful! I’ve never met Richard who is one of the manor share holder but if he see’s this, thanks for all the support! Bradley and all the other staff are amazing too!
My mother's house was sold in 2 days by this very efficient, professional and friendly company. Kept informed all the way, although with no chain at either end it was completed in 11 weeks. I have been liaising with the team for a year, regarding the sale of two of my properties. As I live out of town, I required agents that were honest, fair and easy to communicate with, due to my lack of availability to travel back and forth to these two properties, and the whole team were excellent, in addition they were all available to support, advice and never rushed conversations and discussions. The team have been responsive with all forms communication, written and verbal, they always returned my calls and messages. I always felt they were providing me with a service with a smile. The team have been nothing but fantastic, 5* from me and my family. Charlotte gave up a lot of her time to visit me at the properties, as and when I would be in the area.
