We’ve just completed today (last day in Feb) on a property that only went on the market on Christmas Eve - a service beyond our expectations. Highly recommend! Applegate were fantastic. We cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff were always friendly and professional and we had a dedicated member of staff to support us through the purchasing process, but other staff were able to help when they were out of the office. We hit some glitches in the process (entirely outside Applegate's or our control), and they were amazing at supporting us to find solutions and get the purchase underway again as quickly as possible. We are thoroughly enjoying settling in to our new home and hope to be here many years, but if we do ever sell, we will use them. And we'll hope the property we're purchasing is being marketed by them too! Many thanks again to the team for everything :-)

We were very impressed with the whole experience of selling our house with Applegate Properties.
