   Absolutely horrible, have had no heating for a month, the flat has wet walls and developed mould which was clearly painted over before l moved in. The carpet is wet and l could not tell where the water underneath it came from, has been ongoing over three weeks and now the rooms stinks. Have had to have my dad check it and we think the boiler is leaking. Reported it this over 28 days ago and still zero progress. I have two kids and one is a newborn am being forced to keep them under inhabitable conditions because they refuse to either fix this issue and end the contract seeing as they have failed to keep to their end of the agreement. Rent has been paid ontime everymonth however my lungs and my kids lungs are being exposed to toxic fumes and we sleep in cold rooms due to their neglect. 01/12/2023 after they promised to have the heating fixed yesterday no one turned up to fix it which means myself and my kids continue to freeze and go to bed in layers . Please avoid this firm by all means if you care your health and your families avoid them at all cost. Zero customer service especially if you are a person of colour please you’ll be ignored all they care about is money. The contract is only for their gain, it doesn’t matter if your basic human rights are met or not. I have had to contact the landlord myself directly which is their job. Go else where don’t use Hunters Halifax you’ll regret it . They don’t even deserve the one star

   Hunters were finally the ones to find the flat I was looking for and I have recently moved in. Whilst searching for a flat I have dealt with several letting agents, estate agents etc. I can say that Hunters are head and shoulders above the rest. All the staff have the right balance between being professional and also being friendly and helpful. From viewings right through to the paperwork and securing the tenancy they always responded. I would not hesitate to recommend Hunters to anybody looking to rent.

   Immensely grateful to Hunters for helping my mother (who is from Ukraine) to get a place to live. They are quite quick in responding to emails, though calling them sometimes can take several tries. Also as a British-Ukrainian myself I'd like to express my gratitude to Tim, for his continuous efforts in providing humanitarian help to Ukrainian people. He's a man of big heart. Thank you very much Tim!

   Hunters RBM in Elland took over the running of my apartment block 6 months ago. I can not rate them highly enough for the way they have come in and took over resolving some of the historical issues we had from our two previous managing agents.    Absolutely disgusted with how unprofessional Hunters estate agents are. Would not recommend anyone at all to deal with them, extremely poor communication, completely ignored me despite contacting me to offer me a rented property after initially telling me I wasn't selected for it. Chantelle told me that she would arrange a viewing for me before I agreed to rent it as I had only seen a video. I called multiple times, left a voicemail & one woman from the sales team called me back only to be rude & uninformed! Chantelle to this day (since 25th June) has not had the decency to reply to my calls or emails. They hardly answer the phone when you do call and then when you actually speak to them, they leave you wondering what is happening next! People are struggling enough and don't need estate agents behaving like this. I have rented for over 12 years and never experienced this. Would not recommend to anyone.
