Terrible customer service. I’ve seen this one person at the till who is really rude to every single customer
Get rid of that one lad on the tills. He is so rude. He doesn’t awknowledge customers. He plays on his phone. He doesn’t say hello, please, thank you. Doesn’t make eye contact. He wouldn’t allow me to pay part cash, part card. He is generally just an awful person to have representing your franchise. Asides from that, the pace serves a purpose. Just feels miserable being there. Wonder if this lad has ever cracked a smile?
Poor branch or Morrisons. Staff service not the best. Shop messy. Shop has crazy discounts on goods about to expire that day. Steak. Was 5.80.expires today....ur in their at 5pm..... so it only has 4 hours left to sell.... discounted to 5.67.... like get a grip..the fresh selection leaves little to the imagination and you always feel like your getting ripped off in here. There's always some sort of scam or wrong label on something. Prices expensive. It is what it is. If uou need petrol or are dying of dehydration go here. Otherwise try anywhere else. The hot food is grim and not rhe same quality as a proper Morrisons. Has small flower stand with three bouquets of sadness.
