   I came here to bring a parcel from evri and a woman came really agressive towards me first say you go there pointing the pay station, then she told me what do you want and I said that I needed to return a parcel and she reply extremely rude and agresive that the machine is not working, I ask her if she knew where can I go and she told me very agressive again that she didn't know that I had to go somewhere else and keep repeating like a parrot the machine didn't work, I felt so upset, why this ppl so miserable and agreasive towards costumers we also deal with a lot of stuff yet don't treat ppl like this, she was very miserable to be working there, I'm never coming back here, she needs Jesus and a exorcism, just the first instance when she saw me she rolled her eyes what in the hell...

   Collection of parcel (Evri) and service was rude and offhand and I felt uncomfortable. The lady took at least 7 minutes to collect parcel - would not have been annoyed had she apologised for the delay to me and the 4 people queuing behind me. Will not use that place again

   Not very professional when you see staff rolling eyes and taking a deep breath as soon as you say you came to pick up a parcel. I would think it's part of the job if they are working in the shop that do parcels collection, I wasn't asking for anything "above and beyond". Personally working with customers myself, I wouldn't imagine that happening in my workplace.

   Good for groceries or students buying stuff. It's also clean, the staff are good, and the prices are reasonable. I go here occasionally since I'm at university nearby.

   Good for groceries but horrible for phone service. Purchased a tesco SIM card at another tesco and it wasn’t working. Was told to call the number at the bottom of the receipt and that they couldn’t do anything for me. Called the 4444 to show the manager the issue, she told me to go to another tesco location. Managers are not advocates for the customers when it comes to phone related issues.

   Nice and friendly, reasonable choices, quick service. Not as cheap as some other shops just down the road but it is Tesco. Watch out for the begging brigade as being off the main road you get one or two outside now and again.
