    Incompetence beyond belief!! No staff available when several members of the public stood with issues with self service tills. ( the only option ) Ended up walking into tge rear store room shouting any staff available!!! Then 3 times issues with self serve machines resulting in wrong amount coming up with 2 reduced items..gave up. Asked for a receipt to show them. No receipts..... Another reason to put a human on the till!! Overpaid but happy to be out of there..

    absolute disgrace, came in my work uniform and refused to sell me an energy drink bare in mind you have got to be 16 to get one, and i’m currently working at a place that only allows over 18year olds. Very unsatisfied seeing as many times i have gone in and got served when i’ve had id and haven’t.

    I was in the store this morning (27-04_24) at 9:43am, I was in rush because I had train, so I asked for help from one of the member of staff she was blond and quiet fat and she wearing glasses she was I haveing a conversation and laughing loud with one of the memberof the staff, I have asked her nicely to serve me on the mine till because the self service machine not working properly for me, she looked at me from the side and she was angry and she said I will help you in a minute and she was pretending checking the self service machine even no one used them , she could serve me first as I said I was late for my train , and I missed my train because of her. This is my first bed experience in tesco, never comes back there again

    Sad lonely man refused to sell me an energy drink DESPITE showing university ID Let me propose you a question….How old do you have to be to go to university? 18!!!!!!!!!!! It’s OBVIOUS Tesco have FAILED in there ability to hire competent leading staff as this employee looked like a manager however did not meet the required uniform standards!!!! (Looked like a show) Never returning ever again Sincerely, a disgruntled customer
