   Good value accomodation in the heart of Sheffield. The location was perfect for the Christmas market and cathedral. Lots of great options nearby for food. The room was easy to access, clean, and with good facilities.

   I booked six rooms, and upon arrival, was unexpectedly told I had to transfer a £300 deposit (£50 per room) via bank transfer before being given the parking address or access codes. This was not mentioned beforehand and felt very unprofessional. During our stay, one guest lost a key, and the property has withheld £150 of the deposit — the equivalent of three rooms’ deposits — which seems completely unreasonable for a single lost key. I am currently in the process of taking this matter up with Trading Standards (UK) due to the questionable deposit process and excessive charge.

   AVOID! Extremely poor customer service and dirty accommodation. I paid for my room and sent the deposit the day before sharing my details. Since then, no one has answered my calls or responded to my messages. I repeatedly asked if I could drop my bag before check-in (2 p.m.), but they ignored my question. They said that they could only respond to me if I paid my deposit, and after I paid, they disappeared This morning, I came at 9:35 AM to drop my bag, after paying nearly £200 for two nights, only to find no one available and no prior response. After leaving this review, they suddenly replied, saying they didn’t have a place to keep bags. Why couldn’t they clarify that yesterday? I wouldn't have wasted my trip if they had answered my question in time. To make matters worse, I found the place extremely dirty and poorly maintained after check-in around 9pm. The bed is so bouncy and uncomfortable as well. For the amount charged, this is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of respect for customers.

   Nice hotel very pleasant helpful staff, rooms are modern and very clean although bathroom and bedroom a little cramped it's not really an issue, this hotel also does a very nice breakfast

   Absolutely stunning hotel . The decor the ambiance everything about it is absolutely beautiful. Stayed one night and was sad to leave . The amenities were amazing absolutely spot on with everything. Love love love it . The staff were lovely very accommodating friendly , especially joe such a warm and friendly guy he’s an absolute credit to the hotel can’t thank him enough for looking after us . Will most certainly be returning.

   This is a lovely small hotel, great location and good rooms. I didn't use the bar but it looked well stocked and friendly. The staff were very welcoming and relaxed. If you want to stay somewhere that's better than the standard, this is one to try.
