REMOVE this shop from the list of EVRI Drop-off shops. It’s a joke, there is always a problem or something not working when you are trying to send a parcel.
I had a very concerning shopping experience a few weeks back. I was subject to a hate incident by a member of the public in store in front of both staff and the security guard. I was sniggered at by the woman behind the till I think she was called Samia. The security guard witnessed all of it and agreed her behaviour was unacceptable however didn’t provide any assistance despite being a security guard. I contacted customer service and was given the managers details including his email. He decided to ignore my email and basically in my opinion support a hate incident despite the seriousness of the incident and the police being notified of the event. When I contacted Customer Service on the phone they were genuinely horrified by the incident. It’s a real shame the manager didn’t have the same concern when responding to emails from customers reporting criminal acts in their own store. Hopefully the area manager will read this in the future and take a detailed look at how this specific store operates. Possibly the worst customer service in history
This shop is not providing Evrl drop off service and should be removed from the options!! This sticker has been on for weeks and they are not bothered to fix it.
I’m not happy at all! Went into the shop and was hit with a rancid smell. Apart from two staff members, the shop was completely empty and the smell was lingering around the entire shop, smelt like something had died! Also heard a small scratching sound but didn’t think anything of it. Just ended up walking back out, not worth it
I visit Tesco a lot, and popped in here for a quick shop on the go. Lorry delivery driver was sat blocking most of the car park spaces, sat on his phone. Still happily sat there tapping away on his screen when we left. People driving in and leaving as nowhere to park. The narrow shop aisles were cluttered with stock. Staff members stood in the way. Meal deal items were at opposite ends of the store and the merchandising was horrendous. Stock flung all over the place. Won't be back here. I used yo manage on the high street and this place was of a very low standard.
Great idea to have Tesco express in a garage but not when you're only going to get fuel and everyone else is doing what looks like a weekly shop, It is a great place to go and has most things but should have one till just for fuel, the staff are very friendly and always helpful, with easy access to the shop.
Nice and clean Tesco Express. Shelves were full and lots of fresh veg.
First of all I couldn't share my reviews on tescoviews as I didn't have a receipt (I opted out) so there was no way of me finding the store number in order to put a positive review down. This needs to be addressed especially for those who don't have or get a receipt... and tried to figured out for two days to place down my feedback but no avail so Google will have to do... I would like for the manager to see this review and to give Clint Phillips a reward for his great customer service. This was the first time I visited this store I was doing a quick shop I had all my items in hand and Clint like the darling he was went from the front of the store to the bottom end of the store to give me a basket. I feel valued as a customer and my shopping trip felt less of a chore. THANK YOU CLINT!!
Lovely little shop with an excellent variety of stock, the staffs attitudes create a lovely atmosphere. One member of staff is particularly helpful, I think his name is Anthony. Unfortunately the cash machine outside is broken however don't let this put you off, I always have a great experience shopping here
