   Tesco"s Superstore in Heswall is excellent, staff are very friendly and helpful. Range of products on sale for this size of store is extensive and shelves are well organised. There is also an in house cafeteria which is very good too.

   My wife went to the Cafe and then did a "big shop". As a result we got a £70 fine (reduced to £40 if we cough up in 14 days from when ticket issued). Please go somewhere else to spend your money - and definitely don't do a big Christmas shop as you will get a parking fine from Horizon.

   I went into the Broughton Tesco at 23-15 tonight 22nd September 2025 And a lovely man called Phillip went out of his way to help me even though he was busy I didn’t even ask he just seen me going bk and fourth looking for my item He went out the back to look for my item and got it for me thank you so much Phillip It’s more staff like that we need xxx

   I am absolutely disgusted at the way I was spoken to at the help desk in Tesco, Heswall at about 12.30 p.m. on Sunday, 17th August. I was trying to explain my situation politely and calmly but the assistant talked over me and told me if I did not stop I would be asked to leave the store. Her attitude was nasty and aggressive and I was so upset I did not get her name. Needless to say I will shop elsewhere in future.

   Always friendly and helpful staff, love stopping for a chat with the people on the tills whilst packing up my shopping. Great variety of food, drinks and house hold goods. Great place to shop.

   Major con going on. I've noticed and raised it with the checkout guys that people are seeing a reduction and placing the full price item back on the reduction shelf. I then noticed an old dear picking up an item and was assuming it had been reduced. Unlike the other big stores tesco places the reductions at the last Isle. And are well aware that other customers are dumping the full price item foe the reduced. But they don't monitor the shelves as they don't care about the customers that fall for the deception. Management needs to correct an protect the vulnerable customer from being deceived

   Well done Tesco. You've got rid of a load of staffed tills and replaced them with self service ones. Great if you only pay by card, do a small shop and don't wish to speak to any friendly staff. Since Heswall Tesco is about the most expensive, I take it that with the extra profits made, after staff cut-backs, the prices will go down. NOT.
