   Dont book this place! Stood outside in the cold trying to get in because they didn't send us booking instructions or answer the phone. When we finally got hold of them, they said there was a leak in the room and we couldn't stay. Having now seen the other reviews about this place, I believe this is a total lie. At best they didn't let us know the room was unavailable til last minute/check in time, and at worst they are overbooking rooms and then lying about it.

   DO NOT BOOK! Booked 3 weeks in advance, delayed check in by 3 hours. Ignored all the phone calls to both numbers. Then cancelled the booking and still refused to answer the calls. Incredibly rude service and terrible customer service. DO NOT BOOK

   Failed to send check-in instructions, unresponsive to calls and emails. Eventually answered call 2 hours after check in time to say room smelt of smoke from previous occupants so they were unable to let us stay. This was a lie, we were with another couple staying in same block and able to establish that all appartments were in use, they'd overbooked. A lot of hassle to find alternate accommodation at short notice, I'd look elsewhere. Slow to refund both room charge and damage deposit.

   Clean, tidy, modern. Bed was too small, easily fit a bigger bed than a double in the large room. The shower was luke warm and had a low pressure. No iron or hair dryer.

   They cancelled our booking on the day of, despite us talking to them on the phone three hours before about an early check in and no issues being raised. They wanted to charge £20 for the early check in. No contact from them directly once cancelled, refused to answer our calls for clarification on what had happened. Completely left us stranded would NOT recommend.
