I've been with Belvior for 11 years in the same house and I've always found them so helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, I gave my notice today (found another property), it was sad really I have very mixed emotions. I've always been a good tenant and looked after the home I've lived in, but as they say onwards and upwards. The team are fantastic. Speaking as new landlords the service of Belvoir Burnley as a lettings agent has been good - very helpful, fair and easy to deal with. All of their staff are professional and pleasant. They quickly found us a very good tenant at the desired monthly rent and so far everything seems to be going well. They had been recommended to us twice and we would recommend them also.
