    Small shop and staff are always in the way. Why does it take 2 staff to stock one shelf. Older woman on till. Grey Bob. Very snotty. Was paying for a protein bar. She proceeded to tell me how bad they were for me. Wonder if she lectures people buying tobacco or vapes. Do what your paid to do.

    Staff are so unprofessional and can’t be bothered.. they gave me one of the most shocking customer experiences in my life tonight and even though it’s my local supermarket me or my family and friends are not going to step a foot in there ever again.

    Good location and decent range of products for an Express store but a shame the staff have seemingly abandoned any sense of customer service or even general friendliness. If you require a bag, cutlery, a receipt (or any sort of pleasant human interaction) I'd lower your expectations......
