Always great service and great staff. Would highly recommend this place if you live nearby. Best Tesco experience I have had by far. Hope staff all get raises because they are excellent.

I shop here every day love the staff.All but one woman called Michelle dark bob haircut.I find her very rude uncomfortable when I go in shop I have noticed she is like this with most customers. Get the impression she doesn't like people.
Unfortunately the only way of leaving a review is to allocate 1 Star! In my opinion this review should be MINUS 10 STARS Probably the most unhelpful staff I've ever meet, all they do is stand in your way and when asked where something is, they don't know or tell you to " Come back when the delivery has arrived"
Just been there and had horrible customer care experience off disinterested shop assistant who was the epitome of misery. I then tried phoning but they won't answer. I tried to email customer care but the email no longer works. They give you another email address but it has no facility to contact them or complain. So basically you can't complain to tesco if you have an issue to sort out. Alot of companies do this, no complaints department
We usually use Bebington Rd Tesco, but needed butter and in Borough road, wife gave me £2, a £1 and two 50ps. Got Tesco salted butter, the price, £1:55p. I checked I had enough money, £1 coin and two 50ps. Gave money to girl on till, time circa 20:15hrs. Girl gave me 5p changed, I told her I gave her £2, as of above. She answered no you did not, you gave me £1 coin, a 50p and a 10p. I walked back to the car and asked the wife what coins did she give me, her reply £1 coin and two 50ps. So, when shopping at Tesco Express Borough Rd., make sure you show the person on the till the money in your hand, before giving it to them. If forty pence is worth stealing, it's worth a comment on here. I bet the till takings will not be over on cashing up.
Why this place has staff I don't know They open at 7am there's pallets everywhere your trying to avoid them or you have to move them so you can get the trolley down the aisle the staff that are working you ask them the price of something which have no price attached to it and they just say DON'T KNOW and that's it and the one's on the checkout well if their on more than minimum wage I'm sure their getting paid for just standing there to argue with customers
Good shop for small food shop but can run out of some type's of fresh veg quickly and not stock up for weekend's also has stopped doing joints of meat recently. Beggars always sat outside of shop but are not so homeless!!
As a disabled young person I find this shop most helpful especially a certain security guard Craig. Although every member of staff there are very helpful in helping me shop and bringing it to the taxi which is awaiting me. I cannot find fault. Only once a few months ago I had to report a member of staff for his aggresive behaviour when I asked for help. This has not happened since and I regard all staff there pleasant n helpful even if they must dread me coming in! Lol. Thanks to all.
