Tamzin was the lovely lady who served us a few months back. She was so incredibly kind, welcoming and so friendly. It was 1st time coming and usually struggle to get out as disabled. There were lifts, food brought to my table and she wants above and beyond to make the food and time there enjoyable. Thankyou so much
Fantastic cinema, our favourite. The whole place is lovely. You can go there even just for a drink. The staff are lovely and all the cinemas have sofas and armchairs in them. The website and app are great too, easy to book and see how busy the cinema is too.
We've been members a while and absolutely love it. The food is always great, the staff are lovely, and they've been great with my young kids who have visited since they were little. We go most weeks and it feels like a real treat. Highly recommend.
Seats very comfy, cinemas nice, staff friendly we watched a movie had a few drinks and ordered a pizza and some houmous to eat in the cinema itself. Difficult to eat in the dark, pizza came whole making it even harder... Nice experience every now and then but it is expensive 2 x seats, 2 x beers, 2 x cokes, 1 x small pizza and some hummus £80. Food was nice but if we go again will just stick to the movie and a drink.
For being a cinema the food was delicious! I really didn't expect it to be that nice but a happy surprise. The seats are quite comfy but we went for the 3 seater and it was a bit difficult finding table space for the drinks and food trays since the tables provided are quite small. But all in all it was a lovely night!
Staff are welcoming and more than happy to assist me. Clean and quiet in the reception area. Cinema seats are comfy sofas you can relax into whilst watching the latest film. Food is freshly cooked and brought to your seat when not eating in the bar area.
A lovely treat if you don't mind paying the price. Been here a couple times and wouldn't be able to afford to make it my regular, but I do have a pleasant time when there - comfy seats, food/drink service up until the film starts. Proper fancy inside. Do rate if you want an extra treat or to impress
We had a brilliant evening watching The Lost King. Tom was there with our tickets when we arrived and even escorted us to our seats. The food and drink was delivered promptly - well presented, hot and extremely tasty. Lots of staff around to answer any questions. Well done Harrogate! Thank you. An excellent experience and one that will be repeated.
Brilliant space and excellent service. The screening of No Time To Die was perfect. Candy seats, well sofas, and with drinks)food delivered to you. Perfect. Could be a little cooler.
