   I’ve been going to jade nails a number of times. Most times have been pleasant, however the last time I showed the nail technician a picture of what design I would like for my nails. A simple pink French tip with a small heart. I showed her twice to be precise. As she was doing my nails she proceeded to do it the complete opposite way on how I asked, coated all the nails pink. I was hesitant to speak up, however decided to. I calmly informed her reminding her of the picture I showed her beforehand. There immediately was a lot of tension from her and speaking a lot about me to her collegue next to her. I informed her colleague that I did show her the picture of the look I wanted. I just don’t expect this kind of attitude it was very uncomfortable for me.

   Great nails as always at Jade Nails, I’ve been coming here for over 20 years and I’ve never been disappointed. They last well, never chip and I return with a full set when I have them redone. Nothing more annoying than breakages between appointments, this never happens when you go to Jades!

   Just went in to ask for a manicure and the technician was so rude, had a really bad attitude and when I was unsure of which colour to pick, she began talking about me in her language. I asked if she could help me with picking a natural colour and she snubbed me, saying no, she doesn't have to help me and was shockingly rude! I got up and left the shop after a humiliating experience. Go somewhere where they actually appreciate your custom, don't bother with this place, terrible customer service skills. The shop is tacky anyhow.

   Fantastic first experience of gel nails. I went in on the off chance when I was passing. The nail tech was so thorough and precise and I can honestly say it’s the best gel nails manicure I’ve ever had (And I’ve been to many expensive and well known nail bars). After 16 days there is not one chip or flake to the polish. Such great value too. I will definitely be returning.
