Very rude and argumentative female nail technician. Engaging in unnecessary arguments with customers. This kind of unprofessional conduct is extremely distasteful. I hope management addresses this issue seriously to prevent others from having a similar experience.

I had always been to Infinity nails salon and it’s just now that I am becoming a bit more frequent. I always have had a pleasant experience and staff is very friendly. I usually like to prebook my appointment via a phone call to just speed things up and it works best for me. Kelly at the salon is amazing, she done my nails ever so lovely and definitely inspired me to return back for infill Biab on regular basis.
Lovely place everytime in love with my nails. This time had no idea what design I want but I had to match my toes that was done 4 weeks ago and still looking perfect. And yes they do chat in their language but that was for my best interests. Thank you ladies for great team work.
This is my go to salon for nails, they always produce amazing nails, always helpful when feeling a bit stuck with what to get too! I have come here for nearly 2 years now and won’t go anywhere else! The best of the best and you can park for free!
I’ve been going to this nail shop for many years and have always been happy with the service and with the outcome of my nails!! I literally can go into the shop show them a picture and have that replicated to the highest quality! And I’m not talking easy designs. My acrylic powder is always laid to perfection and my shaping it’s always on point. All you have to do is ask or say if you don’t like something and the staff will act promptly to satisfy the customer. I have recommend many people including family to this shop that still use it to this day. Yes they speak their own language but I come from a family that does the same because most of the time it’s the easiest and clearest way to communicate. Infinity nails is a great establishment and if they weren’t they wouldn’t be still running after all these years and still booking multiple appointments a day. Keep doing the great work Infinity nails!!!
I've been going here for a few years now, staff are welcoming and chatty. Good service, I would always recommend asking for a particular staff member if you prefer the way they do your nails. No issues at all recommending infinity nails!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service. Lady who answered the phone was very cold and blunt which I thought maybe because she’s busy but once I arrived there were only two customers in the shop so wasn’t busy. The service was awful, I have cuts all over my fingers/nails from how rough they were. They didn’t once communicate with me but instead communicated with each other in their language infront of all clients. I felt so uncomfortable and I tried to speak to one of the lady’s working there but she was not interested and instead turned to her colleagues to make conversation. Ridiculous price for the service. Even if it was good quality it still wouldn’t of been worth the price. Please avoid. Better off paying less somewhere else and getting 10 times better customer service and quality nails. Surprised they have so many decent reviews because I’ve never been to a worse nail salon! AVOID
